Is there a minimum order?
For postal orders, there’s a £10 minimum spend. There’s no minimum order for collection.
When will my order be sent?
All postal orders are sent on Fridays each week. Each week, I bake a special selection of goodies, and the website is restocked every Monday so you can see what’s available.
How long does delivery take?
Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually arrives the next working day, but please allow up to 3 working days just in case of delays.
How long will my bakes stay fresh?
This depends on the bake. Most cookie bars are best enjoyed within 5 days of dispatch, and some bakes can last up to 10 days if stored correctly.
How should I store my bakes?
Bakes are best kept in an airtight container. In warmer weather, I recommend storing them in the fridge.
Can I freeze my bakes?
Yes! Most of my bakes freeze really well for up to 3 months. Simply defrost at room temperature before enjoying.
Do you offer collection?
Yes — you can collect your order from my home in TR15. There’s no minimum spend for collection. Just select your preferred collection slot at checkout. I try to be flexible, so if your chosen slot doesn’t work, get in touch and I’ll see if we can arrange an alternative.
